Renault India Private Limited (ripl) - Refund Booking Amount

I was booked kwid rxt (O) on ** may,**** and paid amount of **** rs but unfortunately the car loan was not approved due to their mistakes even i provided them all necessary documents which they need with good CIBIL score which i had.
They tried three times with different banks and make my CIBIL down even i have all solid documents but loan was not approved from their side even i request many times to allow me to process my loan application from my side so it was easy to get the loan.
I tried many times to reach on Renault to get my refund back which was totally refundable when i booked a car but now they are not returned my booking amount (**** rs) even everyday i followup for the same.
Now They harassing me and not returning my refundable amount without any reason even the mistake was from their sides and there is no any t&c to hold my booking amount.
I want my full amount refund with justice of harassment.
