Karma Group Prestige Holiday Resorts LLP - REFUND BEING DENIED even though I requested for membership cancellation within 4 hours

I am Piyush V Bhattad, a resident of Maharashtra (Pune) and had visited Goa for a short trip in last week of March.

I had come to the trip and had stayed at leased property from Karma group. We were taken for a promotional activity for their membership. I am calling out details of the concern and dispute in below words.

I completed my application process for one of their holiday membership plan on **th March around * pm in evening.I paid a down payment( in their terms) of ****** and had intimated the sales team that we are struggling with funds and will try to pay balance amount in later months. On **th March in morning around ** we had to opt out of application process due to some personal obligations and we realized we couldn't be able to arrange the balance fund. We intimated to the sales co-ordinator of our decision through phone around **.** and requested her for refund. We also documented this request through a WhatsApp message immediately and then sent an official email on **th March ** night for cancellation of application and refund of ****** Rs that we paid. Since then we have been following up for refund. The relationship manager has called us and asked us to narrate entire history of conversation in between us and salesperson. As per them, a refund isn't possible once you enter application process. Since I had to opt out within a few hours, how can they charge me for this? I haven't even used any of their services and this is unfair. Also nowhere in their agreement clause it is mentioned that in such circumstances the money won't be refunded back. There is a clause which states that in case if I am unable to clear their pending payment installments then they won't refund me the money already paid. This case the cancellation is requested by me on immediate next day and that clause is not applicable to me. Neither was this told to us by sales co-ordinator. Request is to please get us our hard earned money back.

I am attaching some follow up emails shared screenshot with them. They have denied to make any refund to me back. This is a clear case of loot since I haven't used any services from them.
