I had booked bus tickets with the following details:

* **Bus Type:** A/C Seater Semi-Sleeper (Bharat Benz)

* **Route:** Nawanshahr to Amritsar
* **Date & Time:** **/**/**** at *:** PM
However, the bus did not pick us up from the designated pickup point. We had booked two tickets and paid ₹***.
I contacted the bus conductor, who informed us that they would arrive late and asked us to wait. We waited for approximately two hours on the Nawanshahr–Garhshankar highway, but the bus never arrived to pick us up.
I was traveling with my family, which caused significant inconvenience and hardship. Additionally, no refund has been provided.
