Willora - Refund and returns - Fraud transactions

i bought * kurtas from https://www.facebook.com/willorafashion/ and https://www.facebook.com/vastrovaofficial/ ....the worst quality for the price i paid. they are doing business fraudulently. they do not have any domain registered email address or phone number to contact them. they do not offer refunds and credit the amount to their respective portal wallets which we need to use for future purchase it seems. quality is disappointing. i expected atleast the service is good. i am wrong. they cheat and dont inform you about paid returns. you need to courier them back and they charge ***/- for sending us. so two way charges you need to bear for those cheap products. never ever buy from them. i reported in facebook and other portals as well. i would not leave this there. they need to make changes to the same.
