OLA Cab Ranchi - Refund and Return

I've taken a ride on *nd March, **** in Ranchi and driver has put extra kilometres which charged extra amount (Rs ****/- ) on ride (CRN **********). This happened on *nd March. Against which, I've already raised a concern (Ticket no. - *********). But I'm not getting any resolution from your side. It's almost going to complete one month. Every week, i'm doing a follow-up, you customer support is always telling by next week, your amount will be refunded. Are you guys fooling every customer like this?
Refund my money back. I've already submitted my bank details. yet, not getting any resolution from your end. This is the worst customer support, I've ever seen.
I'm going to file an FIR against this now. I'm pissed off now following up this. You guys had looted me, your driver charged extra money. Why would I suffer?
