Paridhaan - Refund and return not given

I went to a retail clothing store Paridhaan in AGS Vivira mall, Navalur, Chennai-****** on **/**/**. I tried on two dresses and didn't like any of them. They forced me to buy a dress for **** rs (which was worth only ****rs my friend had bought the same type of dress from Pothys). I said that I liked only the colour and the dress was loose with pads in the chest area and the length was afoot flooring the ground due to my short height. They again convinced me saying that they have a tailor who would alter everything to my needs. I still didn't want it citing that it couldn't be done immediately and I can't come again. They compelled me saying that they would do door delivery by the owner who has a car. I half-heartedly said ok and paid the full amount of Rs ****. I went to an adjacent shop and saw a good dress that fit me and I changed my mind and went to the store (half an hour later) and said that I would like to refund and they can keep the dress but they said no so I asked if I could exchange anything else for the same rate again they said no saying silly excuses like tailor went home taking that dress to alter (the tailor specifically told me that he would work on the dress tomorrow as it would take time while taking my measurements) and I asked them to call him or give his number they denied it. So I asked them to stop the tailor somehow and I would come again in the morning to exchange it. The next day afternoon they called and said that the tailor had altered it already and it cannot be exchanged. I was appalled but had no choice as I had already paid the bill and asked them to deliver it Monday (**/**/**) as they had previously said. They said ok in the afternoon but called me in the night at * pm and said the delivery boy is on leave without notice and I need to pick it up. I got really angry as I specifically rejected the dress because I can't come again. Now the dress is still not delivered. Please help me resolve this issue. I have attached the bill as evidence.
