Moneytap - Refund and NOC

I showed my interest in a MoneyTap loan last year in March **** as I needed some amount on an urgent basis. The MoneyTap team provided me information stating the ROI will be **% and a total borrowing amount of *,**,**** but later after completing all the documentation processes I was only allowed to borrow an amount of Rs.*,***** with a ROI of **%. Hence, I complained them waited for almost * months to get an update on this and finally on **th July **** I have been informed on call as well as by email by one of their executives that the ROI has been reduced and post-closing the loan you will get a refund of the to differentiate amount (I:e Rs.****) when I will contact them for NOC. This has been confirmed by an executive named Anuja K. I waited for ** months, paid all my dues on time and never missed a single payment. The last emi was debited on *th October and since then I am trying to contact them on every channel but there is no one who is bothered to respond. The emails are getting ignored, the Instagram DM's are getting ignored, and even all the Instagram messages have been seen by them but still, there is no response to it. I have also tried contacting their co-founder on Instagram, twitter but there is no response. I have also tried emailing their superior team Miss Anjali, but no response. While taking the money they have taken it on time but now when it was time to return the money they again started harassing me. It's been more than a year and their customer support is still pathetic. Please help me with this. I want my money and a NOC from them. Please help.
