I ordered unstitched gown from meesho app on ** November **** and received on ** November ****. Applied for return on ** November but no pickup service was available for my address which was shocking as it happened for the first time. Product was returnable within * days, so contacted customer care and they said to self courier it , i paid Rs *** for that and couriered the product on ** November. Since then i have just got inly Rs *** in my account. Neither ***rs of product nor full amount of courier i e ***.. I have been in stress because of this for past few weeks , contacted them through calls, emails, social media but of no use. I filed a complaint on National Consumer helpline but still they are adamant. Kindly help me in this case I demand a compensation of Rs**** for all these troubles.
