Flipkart travel agency - Refund and compensation
VINOD DAHIYA filed complaint against Flipkart travel agency on Mar 22, 2026
My domestic flight booked through Flipkart Travel (Trip ID: ************) was cancelled by the airline on ** February ****.
At the time of cancellation, I was offered an alternate flight for the next day (** February ****). However, due to urgency of travel, I opted for a refund and arranged an alternative flight at my own expense.
As per DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR), refunds in case of airline-initiated cancellations must be processed within * working days. However, despite multiple follow-ups with the booking platform, the refund is still pending.
I request DGCA to kindly intervene and direct the concerned airline/booking platform to process my full refund immediately and provide applicable compensation as per DGCA rules.
