My Daughter is unable to grab the knowledge from app Since syllable is not according to CBSC School and as per agent if my daughter is not able to grab the knowledge from app, agent told me in between studies too , i can ask for refund told me at time of Joining So i will be thankful to you for immediate action on my concern. From last * month no any of Extramarks concern teacher call the child by looking her performance on app for Progress Report too and informed Parents Hence requesting you to Close it
and Refund me amount ***** along with the amount ****
which is going to deduct on *nd of May
Total amount -***** is to be Refunded after *nd of May
and Cancel my dedication from Bajaj Account
