My refund transaction of LR credit **** is in pending from April *. I have approached couple of times from my end through mail. Two times the amount get reprocessed.But the amount is not yet credited to my account.
Even the transaction status is not yet reflected in LimeRoad app. I didn't get any assurance for my amount . The customer care services not saying the exact problems. Simply mentioned as working on it. And giving some random dates for resolution. When I dropped the mail on those dates, again they are giving some other future dates.. Following this issue for a month. Not yet resolved. Worst service from LimeRoad
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
