Health & Fitness Gym - refund amount

Hello Team,
I enrolled into this gym -Health & Fitness gym Koramangala *th block on **th May ****. The gym personnel did restrict me of not lifting heavy weights and when asked why dint they inform at the time of enrollment, he said others dont, use some common sense in front of other members. when asked to refund the amount he says there is no refund and do whatever you want. This gym doesnt even disclose eho is their owner nor do have Certificate of incorporation or a GST on the invoice they gave while enrolling. Would like your help here. Please assist.
