Greater Noida Authority - Refund amount

Hello SIr/Mam,

Last year we did our plot registration at greater noida authority and paid an amount of **,*** INR.

We made three times of this payment as the first two times it was showing an unsuccessful payment due to the N/W issue but the amount (**,***** = *,**,*** INR ) was deducted from our account.

We also filed an application to get a refund amount (**,***** = *,**,*** INR ) but till date we have not received a refund.

We have done many follow up but still on empty hand.

Requesting you to help us to get a refund amount.
