Sarat Chandra IAS Academy Vijayawada - Refund amount

Respected Sir,
Iam Maram Sridhar Reddy,working and My wife working in BHARAT ELECTRONICS LIMITED as deputy engineer,resigned to get prepared for CIVIL SERVICES.Then I decided to join my wife(Atmakuri Mounika) in IAS coaching.After enquiring through phone,i found SARAT CHANDRA IAS ACADEMY with best reviews and i called institute,they replied that new batch will start in a week.Then immediately i carried my wife to vijayawada and joined institute in march month by paying the advance of Rs.**,***/- and mess fee of Rs.****/- and later came to know that NO SUCH SEPERATE BATCH has started..Finally we came to know that we got cheated by them after listening classes for * days.Immediately we decided to quit the institute,as our time is more precious.After continously asking for refund,Mr.Sarat Chandra given only Rs.**,***(**,*** in the month of june and other **,*** in the month of august)...So,Kindly look into this matter and do needful for us in refunding balance amount of Rs.**,*** because that amount matters a lot for us....
