Happyeasygo - Refund amount pending since 10 months

Hi,
This is in reference with my refund request for Trip ID:******************, this is pending since ** months, however till now I haven't received any update and everytime I call the executive they ensure to make payment in *-* days but till date it hasn't happened.
Indigo has refunded full amount as per below mail, however I haven't received the refund from HappyEasyGo ahency yet. "Dear Mr. , Greetings from IndiGo! With reference to your concern, we would like to inform you that as per our record under the PNR ZQSZ*R and XLI*SG the full ticket amount of INR *,*** and *,*** has been refunded into the initial mode of payment (agency virtual id). Further, we would request you to kindly get in touch with the concerned agency to claim the refund. In case of any assistance regarding fares, schedules, corporate tie-ups, and other travel information, please feel free to contact to our **** call center at *********** or *********** or visit our website www.goindigo.in.Thank you for choosing IndiGo, and we look forward to serving you again in the near future.
