Fabbaazar.com - Refund amount of wrong delivered Item

Hello Voxya, I had ordered the lehenga, choli with Dhupeta from Fahbazar, and I received my order order FB**** on **/**/****. But I have received a different item from what was ordered. I ordered a Blue Lehenga Choli with Dhupeta but I have received the Light Green Lehenga Choli.
I have attached the image of both the items that I have ordered and the one I have received. .... I wrote the mail for exchange on Fabbazar on the day of delivery and since then till date I have written * mail but I am not getting any reply from Fabbazar for this, I also find the Customer care Number from Google & their Team was asking for my last Digit of Account Number & UPI Pin .please take necessary action. I want to Exchange my item with the correct one or, if not possible, consider a refund.
