I have purchased product from wonline September,**** and returned the product in next *-* workings days.They have raised my refund on **th September,****. I waited for ** days and called regarding same they said some technical issue and will raise refund again. I waited **days and called customer care regarding same they said wait one week more it would reflect in my account.I waited one more week still no refund called customer care regarding same issue along with mail drop @ given mail id . Now it's been more than * months I haven't received my refund yet. I called them regarding same issue that it's been more than two months and requested them to share me transaction details so I could check with the bank or get me in touch with finance team there was no proper response instead they hung up on me twice .I need my refund along with the apology letter from their end.
