Sir,
I am Balaram debnath have a booked air ticket from kolkata to delhi on your website ( Indigo PNR BNM*XA). I have cancelled
my journey due to Covid, after cancellation charge deducted, my balance amount Rs.*** (Rupees nine hundred seventy nine only) has not been refund till date. I have already talk to your customer on this matter but no action is being taken in this matter till date.You are requested to check and early credited of refund amount.
