GoAir Airline - REFUND AMOUNT OF AIR TICKET

My booking ref: (B***QS) (** May '**), (G*-***) (Goa (GOI)-Mumbai (BOM)was cancelled due to operational reasons by Go Air.
I have received an email dated *nd May ** that my refund of Rs. ***** has been processed and If paid via credit card, the same shall be credited to your credit card account. I haven't till date received ot yet.
The GoAir didn't provide any accomodation or any other facility for cancelling y booking * day prior my travel. I not only want my money back with other financial charges like Interest on amount and addition compensation for * day enteded stay but also need the same immediately as it has been dealyed for more than * months.
Kindly help me with the same
