I have visited the timezone in VR mall annanagar chennai on **th march ****(tuesday). I had a balance of ₹****. They provide with the offer of half the price for each games every tuesdays. We had the balace of ₹*** after the last game.Then we played the game of SLAM n JAM which cost ** rupees. With a single tap the scanner detected and took the amount of ₹***. So we asked the staff about the issue. They were very lethargic and arrogant with us.They were not ready to return the amount and telling the mistake is on us stating that we tapped the card for ** times(Their *st reason to blame us). The staff were not even ready to hear us and talking with no sense telling us that the scanner detected from our pocket and took the full amount(Their *nd reason to blame us). When we questioned them asking where we should keep the card while playing they are telling to keep the card in our hands and play. He was not even answering politely and put the full blame on us.
Asking about the same they are telling that they will provide with just * games as a refund and the cost of * games will be around ₹*** which is not even close to ₹***. Asking them they are telling it has happened many times previously and they are not ready to inform customers about the issue. From * customer they are looting around ₹***. We had a good opinion about VR mall but now this situation turned the total opinion about the mall.
Kindly follow the complaint and let us know about the refund amount. We are even ready to lodge a consumer complaint if the timezone does not respond properly with this issue.
