on *st of November **** there was an EMI deducted Rs **,*** unnecessarily. After Contacted to the SC customer care then they have arranged refund amount with a Pay order through Professional Courier Ref no : HYD******** but it has been delivered to Wrong person with My Signature (i don’t know who done it), After checking with Courier team they agreed that it gone missed now.

As per my previous Experience with SC customer care and Staff, i don’t think this problem will never resolve until unless to escalated the Concerned person.

even escalted also no use , so now i want to resovle this issue ASAP.
