Clubfactory app - Refund amount not recieved

I have applied for a refund on the **th june ****.
And even when the product had reached the seller with the app history saying that they have refunded the amount.
I have NOT received any amount in bank or in app wallet or through google pay.
I have sent them an e-mail to look into this matter, yet i have received no reply.

Refund amount - **** Rs.
The app shows that my refund has been made on */*/**.
Please help me resolve this.
