Refund my amount - Refund amount not received

Sir, I was requested to many times for refund amount to your customers care representative no response from your customers services. I wait for my refund amount since last ** dyas. When i talked with your customers care representative it's nature is very unusual and also lack of common sense to talk with a soldier of Indian Army.
I, just wait for your reply only ** hours as per your representative time. Otherwise, I take necessary action against your services through Online Ligal India.
