Industrybuying com - Refund amount not received waiting for the refund from one month

I have purchased ups Trolly from industry buying website, but received damages and poor quality product so i have returned the product, later they have given so many reasons for the delay of refund amount, customer care no is a fake one , it wil never connect , they only reply through email with silly reasons . I am from Karnataka state. I think many people are suffering same like me. Concerned department Please do something to this fraud people and ban this website immediately.
