Zolo stay pune - Refund amount not received it s been more than 40 days

I stayed in Zolo Flamingo , Hinjewadi Phase * Pune for * months , in the starting i deposited amount **k , i was told around **k will be refunded .

Then after i may I successfully completed notice period and also checked out.

I was told i will receive amount after *-** days , i didn't received a single rupee , then till now i just keep raising tickets and calling there customer care , they keep telling me we are working on your request , and the refund will be credited to your account within * working days

Now it's more than ** days i didn't received a single rupees, still one ticket is pending not getting any response from their end .

I have raised more than * tickets still my issue is not resolved
