Meesho - refund amount not received in my bank account

I order * set of kurta from meesho on **/*/** and the product received on **/*/**.But the delivered items contain only * sets of kurtas.I filed complaint on the meesho app.customer agent asked to return the items with the reason of missing product.after return pickup they didnt take any action.Again i contact the customer care they said ,according to meesho fair policy the refund amount is not credited to me.I lost about **** sum rupees.Also they didnt refund the amount of already returned kurta set.On * sep **** I return the * kurta sets.app shows refund amound of * kurta sets received.But I only received refund amount of * kurta set on */*/**
