Dian travel world - Refund amount not processed

We have provided Mr Dinesh Reddy who runs (Dian travel world) the amount of ***** to book the flight ticket. On March *nd from Hyderabad to Lucknow indigo "*e***".
Where ***** was paid to him at Google pay and ***** was paid to him on company current account. Later he conveyed to me on call that amount is deposited but PNR is not generated also he did say that "no worries you will get your full amount because of no initiation of PNR". It's been near to * months now he is absconded without providing refund money. Also, he blocked my no.
Please, I request you to take strict action against this fraudster to help me by making him pay my refund. Please find the attached evidence of the amount paid.
