During pandemic the spice jet flight was cancelled and the airline transferred the refund amount into the credit shield. * months back we contacted the spice jet to release the credit shield amount and the amount is released by the airline. But the happy easygo customer nos are not existing and there is no way to contact them. Email has been send regarding the PNR nos on customer care email id with the refund details given by the Spice jet airlines, but not reply from Happy easygo.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
