Make - Refund amount not paid

I cancelled my flight ticket directly through Indigo as I was infected by COVID and I uploaded my report and got full refund from Indigo but I had booked through MakemyTrip so travel agent has to process the same amount to my bank account. Even after the pan of ** days also they didn't pay me the refund n now they are telling in not eligible for refund amount.
