Yatra Online Pvt Ltd - Refund amount not paid

I had booked flight from Delhi to Port Blair and return flight. As the flight was rescheduled by airline VISTARA, and I do not wish to travel with rescheduled flight therefore the airline Vistara has offered full refund with taxes and fees as per telephonic conversation.
It's been more than ** days since I raised request for refund against the PNR no.RXABWZ with Yatra booking reference no.*************. But no action has been taken from their end even after repeated chasing. It's so even more worrysome that the grievance raised on consumer forum has been marked as closed from your end. But unless the grievance is addressed (refund processing) , the issue is still pending at your end. The agent "Yatra online Pvt. LTD." have been misleading and delaying the refund citing the reason that the airlines has not processed the refund. The agent Yatra has no customer support available to address any query.
