The Iq city medical college hospital - Refund amount not delivered

I had been asked to pre deposit *lakh for admission of my father bye the hospital. After *days my father was discharged and the bill was almost ***** and the hospital had to refund *****,and I told them to refund me the cash but they told me they will do bank transfer to my account,so provided them all the necessary documents they asked me on *rd May,**** and I was told the refund will be done within one week.But **days passed no refund reflected in my account and they are now not picking my calls,I am out of my home town for work and need money urgently for medical treatment,I told them many times but they are neglecting that and I don't know when they will refund my money.
