Purchased * items from Nush brand in a single order - Had to initiate a return pickup - Nush brand initiated a return pick up and the delivery partner has collected both the items in a single pickup itself on October * **** - As per the request, they have initiated a refund request, shared a refund ID and mentioned this process may take up to * - ** business days to reflect the amount into the source account - Also, they have provided a RazorPay link where the customer can track the status of the refund with the help of refund ID - However, When I had a look through the status, the total refund amount showing is RS. **** but the actual amount should be Rs. ****. Complaint * : Had dropped multiple emails to Nush brand to check on the status of the remaining balance of refund- as in why the refund status is showing as only Rs. **** instead of the actual refund amount. They have not responded to the queries until this point of time. Complaint * : Its been more than ** business working days, and the even the confirmed refund amount is not reflected back in the source account yet. Have dropped multiple emails on this issue as well, but no response from the team - very bad customer service. Kindly, do what is required and help me to sort out this issue. Thanks
