Hello,
This is a user of mobikwik wallet.
I have an issue with the refund amount.
On October *rd, **** I have placed a order for medicines and paid through mobikwik by adding debit card.
Later on October *th, **** they refunded me an amount of Rs***.**.
As per the history of my transaction it is showing the refund amount of Rs***.** in mobikwik app. But till now it is not credited back to my bank account nor reflected in my mobikwik wallet.
My wallet balance is showing "zero" balance.
Raised many complaints on help section but no proper response from mobikwik and the issue is not solved.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
