y sunitha filed complaint against Ajio Online Shoping Portal on Oct 26, 2025
on *rd oct **** done online shopping with ajio online shopping portal , evening *.** pm my got debited Rs ****.** through phone pay account.but amount debited ,but no items got selected. later i called customer care, they said within * to * days - my amt will be refunded back. after * days again i call customer care - they said * team is initiated to resolve my issue within ** hours. but to my surprise - they did not resolved , asked my bank statement from *rd oct till **th oct **. i have shared my bank statement which is linked to my phone pay app account. they have * complain id com*********** with * more team to resolve my issue on or before **rd oct ****. but again on **nd oct ** again received email from their end ajio customer care team asking me approach bank to re check whether i received amt with Refund Reference Number: ************. such transaction has not happened in my account. again i shared * more time my bank statement with debit and credit transactions till **nd oct **. so far i have give my * contact numbers, but no response came from their end . request to credit my amount back as early possible ... vinay and suntha
