travolook com - Refund amount not been paid

i booked a ticket from travolook.com site on **dec **** for delhi to bangalore on ** dec **** and return bangalore to delhi on ** dec **** for * passengers.After booking ticket for Rs ***** , support called from travolook and said you need to pay more **** for booking seat.I refused to pay so said to cancel ticket.They said will refund me back the amount.Its been ** days and no update .Not attending calls and not replying my mails also
