Simplylearn - refund amount loan cancellation

Sir , I have registered in the simplylearn education course of full stack web developer on ** July **** , Just Simplylearn agent also signed me to pay EMI for this course but Course started from * September -**** and due to my father health issue I have not able to attend any class and i have declined the course in September first week & After then inhave working in full time job so not getting sufficient time also i send course cancellation mail to simplylearn but simplilearn agent force me to complete this course and also their propelled loan partener send me notice to my home to full payment . I am not capable of paying a fee and i want refund . Sir plz help me.
