Devi Electricals D Bandlamudi Sambasiva Rao warehouse Anjayapeta Mainroad last Amaravathi road opp - Refund amount is not providing

I went for instore shopping on **-**-**** and bought Home electric wire and other items in total worth **,***/-. I paid the amount through phonepe to the number showed by them. They told me that they will deliver the product to my location on same day but it has not happened till today ( **-**-**** ). But now i feel that i can get these products for very much less cost compared to what i paid so i ask them for refund even though i haven't received the product. I ask them through phone calls and they are disconnecting my calls sometimes and not lifting my phone calls sometimes. So i want my amount back to bank account so that i can buy those products on my own.
