I was purchase iPhone ** from Flipkart with exchange offer

And His name was Rajesh
On **th February delivery boy was come to delivered product they given me exchange value ****/- than I cancelled the exchange offer than I was pay difference amount worth rupees ****/- by online
But amount was deducted twice time
****/- and ****/- then he was left from there I call home he was say I m not received amount than complaint in bank and Flipkart.

They delivery boy cheat with me
Plz take a action on him and I want my money back
