Byjus learning - Refund amount

I had Registered Byjus for my daughter named Shuvi Acharya by paiying **** rs as tokan amount on **-**-****. Byjus executive says ** days is confirmation period, before you may quit. After * days i.e on **-**-**** i sent him request to cancel my registration and refund my amount.
From Byjus i got mail "Thank you for your response". After one conversation with Byjus guy they stop picking my call. I had sent * Reminder mail to Byjus guy's (arpit rathor <arpit.rathor@byjus.com). No response i received till.
