Green Grapes Holidays - Refund against unused service

My name is Bhavesh. **th July, **** i had booked a Boathouse from Green Grapes Holidays for my Kerala trip in month of August ****. Due to the heavy rainfall, flood situation and cancellation of our flight we supposed to cancel our booking with the agreement of full refund amount as per the owner of Green Grapes Holidays Mr Rakesh.
But days are going i didn't get my refund yet. Mr.Rakesh's behavior is very unprofessional. I have no idea about why he is giving reasons or extending to return. So last week somehow i could able to talk with him and i requested to give refund otherwise i complaint in consumer forum against the same. He confirmed me to initiate money and giving back before Thursday i.e. **th Sep, **** but still i didn't get my money back.
I want some quick action against Mr Rakesh and Green Grapes Holidays and provide us a refund ASAP.
