I had placed a prepaid order (Order ID: OD******************) on **.**.****. The order (* Nos. Boat Rockerz ***V* wireless headphone with ASAP charging facility) was not dispatched till **.**.****. On **.**.**** I received a call from Flipkart representative. I was told that Flipkart is unable to dispatch the material & the representative requested me to cancel the order. I cancelled the order on the same date.
I was supposed to receive a confirmation regarding order cancellation within * hours which I did not receive. Till date I have not received my refund also. I have contacted Customer care several times without any resolution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
