Ekta Research Officer Ayu - Refund against cancelled ticket

Sir, I have cancelled my air ticket scheduled on **. **.****and flight was postponed to take off on **.*.****. I accepted it. But again I got information that the flight was again postponed for a day. I decided to cancel the flight and I had done the procedure for the same. After seven day when I did not receive any refund I tried customer care services. But did not get any response. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.
