Travolook in - Refund against cancelation by agency

Travolook.in cancelled my ticket by their own on ** jan **** stating fare has increased amd said that amount will be credited back to the mode of payment within * to ** working days. But till ** feb **** they have not even initiated my refund. No proper response from customer care.
Also i wud like to mention i rebook same flight with same website in same old price just after ** minutes
