Travalook - Refund against booked ticket
SAKSHI JADHAV filed complaint against Travalook on Feb 1, 2021
We have done booking but due to COVID-** we are enable to travel so wrote email to Travalook and airline for refund. Airline has wrote that they have refund in August. Now Agency asked for account detail for refund which we have provided and on **/*/**** they wrote refund initiated it will reflect in **-** days and today when i asked phone for reply and refund so they said you will have take credit note only
Please look into the matter since refund already received them from Indigo-Airlines.
