Frankinn institute Kolkata - Refund admission fee

I have taken an admission for an airhostess training but now I want my money back or refund because my mothers health was not good and I need that money as soon as possible but when I call the agent who had give me the admission she said that the money can't be refund... So here is I have not taken a single classes or any training so why they are not refunding my money back and at the time of an admission the did not make us to read the declaration or a details of the document and didn't clear our problems so please help me to make my money refund back because I needed that money I'm in the trouble please help mee!!!!
