Three years ago, I booked a Jawa bike from Sinha Auto Sales in Muzaffarpur and paid ₹*,*** as booking amount. Due to some reason, I cancelled it and asked for a refund, but they kept ignoring me. I complained to customer care, but received no response. Now the dealership has closed.
I tweeted Jawa, and they said the company will process the refund, but I have to visit Muzaffarpur. I replied that since I paid online, they should refund online too, but they just said “we’ll see”.
I just want my refund as soon as possible through online mode.
