Football monk - Refund

So I ordered three jersey's from football monk, which after ordering came around ** days after the delivery date.
They have the shitiest customer support system feels like a bot is talking which is not even helpful. Then when I recieved my order one jersey was missing ,so *st I asked to replace it with another jersey since they were out of stock , then these guys said the replacement jersey is also out of stock so i asked them for refund and now after *-* days i asked them again so they asked me to give an unboxing video. NOW how should I give an unboxing video to them when I didn't even receive the jersey.
