On **th Feb **** I took my ipad for repair in Dr.Display store ,they diagnosed my device and said my device charging point need to be changed and cost will be Rs ****/- ,and said as spare isn't available it needs to be ordered to pay advance amount of Rs ****/- to his assistant phonepe (Ranak Sharma) , today I called second time for update they extend time for after Holi saying due to transit issue and what not I told them I won't be able to wait long and would like to be refunded my advance payment they are denying to refund my money ,
Therefore I want help to get my refund
