I had ordered a cake on the eve of my parent's anniversary on **th of march. But there was no delivery. When I asked they said due to Holi there was no delivery possible and that we will provide with a coupon code which you can use anytime later . Today I wanted to order a cake for my father's birthday for which I called them to activate the coupon code and how can I access it. To which the customer support person talked with me in a very bad manner and told me to please ask any literate person of your house to order cakes . The service and their behaviour is worst.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
