Fashnear tecnology pvt ltd - Refund

I have given my product for return- Order #********** and it has been picked up on ** January **** at ** am.



Please check my screen shot attached. I have message that my product is picked up. Also, i have message from Shadow fax that they are coming to pick my product.

I checked all the messages correctly and then handed the product to delivery boy. I have proofs that I have handed product to right person at right time for right product.

I am doing follow up since **st august from Meesho customer service. But, I am not receiving refund. Nor, I am getting any customer service when I call ur CS agents. They are saying we can't do anything. You have to wait. I have email communication also.

Ideally, refund policy is *-* working days. But, meesho is taking almost * month. They are not refunding my money. Please someone help me. I need your support.
